Claire is now offering Mat Based Pilates classes, fitness yoga and private 1-2-1 tuition around Tarporley, Delamere and Northwich area. This website is updated regularly with all the fun and exciting ideas that Claire is bringing into fruition. From retreats abroad, to children’s nutritional workshops, Claire is excited to be sharing these with you in 2021.

Claire offers beginner, intermediate and advanced classes so is able to cater for all abilities. The classes will help to improve your strength, length, aerobic fitness, balance, flexibility, concentration, and body awareness and all the classes are friendly groups. With the this years swerve ball most of the classes have switched to online, via Zoom.
