Weekly Classes

I offer a range of classes online, in local gymnasiums and in community halls.

The online classes started in 2020 with the Pandemic and I have continued to deliver just a few classes online as it really works for some people with their own commitments. To access and book  these online classes, I use an app called Gymcatch. Once you are set up its really easy to book classes. Once you have booked a class, download also the zoom meetings app and when you book a class via Gymcatch app it will send you a zoom link. On the day of the class, when you click on the link, it will take you to an online meeting room, where once the class time reaches, Claire opens the meeting room and delivers the class live. Online I deliver a Kettlebell and Abs session, which is a fabulous class for an express all over body tone. All you will need is a weight approx 3-8kg or a range of weights and a mat. The other online class is called fitness yoga. The perfect class to loosen you up in the morning. Amazing for improving balance, coordination and aids relaxation.

I deliver  Pilates in 2 different community halls; Peckforton and Beeston Village Hall and Crowton Village Hall. These weekly Pilates classes are a low intensity muscle- strengthening workout that focuses heavily on building strong bodies. It involves precise moves and specific breathing techniques, great for flexibility, great for mental health and a fabulous way to meet new people.

The other style of class I teach at Peckforton and Beeston Village hall  is a SOUND BATH. I deliver 2 types of sound bath sessions and these take place on the last Thursday of each month. Restorative Movement and Sound bath is a 60 minute full body nourishing class, where we move gently in chakra focused yoga poses to help balance and restore our bodies and then unwind listening to the sounds of the instruments and allow them to wash over your body. The immersive sound bath is a 90 minute session where we immerse ourselves in the beautiful sound of the instruments to help relieve stress, anxiety and to aid relaxation. The local gymnasiums I teach at are called Instinct Gym and Well-Being and Portal Hotel. These classes are available to book via their reception. Portal offer monthly memberships where classes can form part of the monthly membership. They do not offer PAYG on classes. Instinct Gym and Well-Being do offer payg options on classes, plus a range of memberships.
