Claire loves to share her knowledge of health, wellbeing and sound and vibration and is looking forward to hosting a range of workshops in Tarporley and Delamere in 2025.

Working with other females  over the last 2 years, it has been an enjoyable  journey of collaborations, bringing many talents and wisdom to share with you. From arty evenings, to spiritual animal clay sculptures, from dip and dine to quilting there is so much fun to be had.

Claire also delivers outdoor workshops from Delamere Station House exploring deep into the forest. From full moon walks, to sound baths & breathwork under the trees, being outdoors is Claires favourite place to be and she invites you to share these moments with her through the range of workshops she is offering.

June Full Moon Walk in Delamere Forest
Magical journey of breath, movement and sound, Mount Pleasant Gardens, Kelsall

Join Claire and Vic for a magical journey of breath, movement and sound in Mount Pleasant Gardens offering a transformative and deeply relaxing experience, combining elements of sound therapy, breath control, and connecting to nature. Our journey together takes us through the gardens, allowing us to practice each healing session in a different location within the gardens.
Here’s an introduction to each of these healing practices:
A Gong Bath is a type of sound healing where participants lie down and are “bathed” in the vibrations and sounds produced by gongs. The powerful tones and frequencies of the gongs help to shift energy, reduce stress, and bring about a deep state of relaxation. The sound waves penetrate the body, promoting physical, emotional, and mental healing. When held in a beautiful garden, the natural environment amplifies this sense of calm, providing an ideal setting to fully immerse in the experience.
Breathwork is a practice of consciously controlling the breath to influence physical and emotional states. It involves various techniques that can range from slow, deep breathing to more rapid, intense cycles designed to energize or relax the body. In the serene setting of a garden, the rhythm of the breath becomes more synchronized with the surrounding nature, creating a harmonious flow of energy and peace.
Grounding practices, also known as “earthing,” involve reconnecting with the Earth’s energy. The idea is that by directly interacting with the Earth through walking/dancing/moving barefoot on the earth—people can align their bodies with the planet’s natural frequency. When Gong Bath, breathwork, and grounding practices are held in a garden, the experience is deeply enriched.
The garden offers: Natural beauty that calms the mind. Fresh air to promote healthy breathing. A safe, peaceful space to feel connected with the Earth.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, healing, or simply a moment of tranquillity, this combination of Gong Bath, breathwork, and grounding in a beautiful garden can be incredibly rejuvenating.

Off the Beaten Track Nature Walk 

Tuesday 8th July 7-9pm

Embarking on a energetic stomp with Claire through the forest transforms a nature walk into an exhilarating physical push. As you set foot on the earthy trail with other like-minded females, the forest surrounds you, urging your body to push forward with energy and determination. The once-gentle rustling of leaves now accompanies the rhythmic pounding of your footsteps, while the occasional bird calls serve as motivational markers along your journey. Claire, leads the way with a brisk walking pace, incorporating intervals of hill walks and strategic pauses to perform bodyweight exercises like squats and lunges. Claire will also be using the natural terrain to add in some of the exercise pushes. She still points out the diverse flora and fauna, but with added insights on how the terrain can enhance your workout—using tree roots for balance exercises or inclines for resistance training. This energetic trek not only strengthens your body but also clears your mind, invigorates your senses, and deepens your appreciation for both nature and physical fitness. We finish off at the Delamere Station House with herbal tea and a perfect chunk of cake, feeling invigorated and amazing. This nature walk is the perfect fit for anyone who wants to explore Delamere Forest in a group of females, and is happy to explore off piste. A great way to meet others, to enjoy conversations and to get moving. This nature walk is targeted at moderate to fit people and who can walk 10km at a good pace.

Water & Gong Therapy Outdoor Workshop.

Friday 11th July 7-9pm

Join Claire & Vic at Delamere Station House gardens for this therapeutic evening of cold water therapy and gong therapy. An evening of breathwork, Gong bath meditation, and coached cold water dip. Gong therapy works by sending vibrations through the body,using the powerful gongs which can stimulate cellular activity and promote healing. When combined with water, these vibrations are enhanced: The amplified sound waves can help increase blood flow and oxygenation in the body, supporting overall health and healing. The enhanced vibrations can help reduce muscle tension and alleviate pain by promoting relaxation and increasing the body’s natural pain-relief mechanisms.

Pilates & Sound Bath in the Secret Garden

Saturday 12th July 10.00-11.30am

Summer is well and truly in full swing and its the perfect time to take some classes outside and what better way than to hold a soothing Pilates and Sound Bath in Mount Pleasant Gardens.
Our group meets at the tea rooms at Mount Pleasant Gardens before taking a gentle stroll around the gardens, taking in the sights, the smells and feeling the earth and grass under our feet. Stopping along the way to admire the flowers and beauty.
Finally arriving at our secret location in the gardens we set our space up and allow ourselves to ground through Pilates movement and Sound and Vibrations from a range of musical instruments.
The session finishes with cacao treats iced water and time to connect with others
The most perfect way to bring in balance & harmony to your weekend.
This outdoor session will go ahead come rain or shine. 🌞☔️
